Project description
The Architectural Assistance Program for Local Authorities (PAACT) is an initiative established to support local authorities and the decentralized services of MUCTAT in designing and monitoring the implementation of public facility construction projects. Under the provisions of the law, it also assists individuals who do not have the financial means to pay for architectural studies, helping them design and monitor their construction projects.
