Project description
The project aims to promote the establishment of small traditional production units to ensure inclusive industrial development, diversify technologies by adapting foreign techniques to local potential, and reduce dependence on other countries.

Overall Objective
- Promote self-employment through a productive cooperative system and active solidarity,
contributing to reducing the country’s imports.
Specific Objectives
- Build, equip and make functional productive, competitive and profitable ESS platforms at
communal, departmental and hub levels - Support the creation of cooperative societies and action-based organisations
- CContribute to job creation
Expected results
- 553 communal platforms, 46 departmental platforms and 1 platform per hub operational
- 553 communal cooperatives, 46 departmental action-based organisations and 8 hub-level organisations are ESS-certified
- 553,000 jobs created (1,000 per commune)
