Project description
This initiative capitalises on the results and lessons learned from the Ministry of Family and Solidarity’s experiences in resilience and empowerment of poor households and vulnerable groups. It provides a package of productive and inclusive social protection services focused on establishing
support mechanisms (PTO, community facilitators/APDC), financing productive safety nets and promising projects for women, households and young girls, and developing primary social infrastructure (water, sanitation, energy) through labour-intensive HIMO works.

General Objective
- Contribute to productive and inclusive social protection by strengthening the resilience of
households, women, and young people for sustainable economic empowerment
Specific Objectives
- Improve the resilience of households and vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities,
through a package of productive and inclusive social protection services - Improve women’s and girls’ access to productive sectors and economic opportunities through the
use of ICT. - Improve the project’s communication and monitoring–evaluation system
- Ensure effective project steering and coordination
