Project description

The project aims to improve youth employability through the complete upgrading of training institutions as part of a pilot phase in seven (7) regions of the country. It also includes the construction of seven (7) new institutions, including two (2) reference training centres specialised in water-related, hygiene, sanitation, environment, and ecological transition professions. Beyond infrastructure investments, the project strengthens stakeholder capacities by integrating digital technologies and developing dual training systems (school/company) to align training with the needs of companies employing graduates from the TVET system.
