Project description

This project aims to promote employment and access to the labour market for the Senegalese population. These 15 centres will ensure the rapid socio-economic integration of young Senegalese graduates—both men and women—as productive pillars of their communities and the country as a whole.

General Objective

Provide the Senegalese population with high-quality technical and vocational education and training in specialised fields necessary for job creation in the 15 targeted departments.

Specific Objectives

Build and equip 15 departmental Vocational Training Centres in Mbacké, Bambey, Thiès,
Tivaouane, Ziguinchor, Bakel, Mbirkilane, Malem Hodar, Koungheul, Dagana, Guinguineo,
Kédougou, Salémata, Saraya, and Medina Yoro Foula
Train 20,000 young graduates per year across 18 specialised disciplines
