This project aims to promote employment and access to the labour market in Senegal through next-generation infrastructure in the field of agriculture, by constructing and equipping six vocational high schools in agriculture and agri-food (LPAA).

General Objective

Provide young people with high-quality technical and vocational education and training in agricultural professions to foster job creation in the six agricultural and agri-food vocational high schools (LPAA).

Specific Objectives

Build and equip six agricultural and agri-food vocational high schools in Tambacounda, Louga,
Matam, Diourbel, Kolda, and Thiès
Train 8,892 young graduates in the first year, including 720 boarding students
Train 12,612 young graduates in the second year

Expected results

Six agricultural and agri-food vocational high schools in Tambacounda, Louga, Matam, Diourbel, Kolda, and Thiès are built and equipped
8,892 young graduates are trained in the first year across 60 specialised professions
12,612 young graduates are trained in the second year across 60 specialised professions
