Project description
As part of the Senegal 2050 Transformation Agenda, PAMA contributes to the project of modernising the Administration for a sovereign, fair, and prosperous Senegal rooted in strong values. It operationalises the 'Public Service Modernisation' reform through three components:
- Optimisation of the organisational framework of the Administration
- Professionalisation of human resource management
- Improvement of service quality for users

General Objective
- Contribute to the modernisation of the Administration for a sovereign, fair, and prosperous Senegal anchored in strong values

- Optimise the organisational framework of the Administration
- Improve the quality of services delivered to users and the performance of the Administration
- Professionalise the management of State human resources

- Governance and steering capacities within the public administration are improved
- A high-performing, ethical, and inclusive administration towards users/citizens
- Service delivery within the administration is improved
- Public service delivery is digitalised with clear objectives and indicators
- The quality approach within public services is promoted
- A performance-driven culture is promoted through the generalisation of performance contracts within the administration and parapublic structures
