Project description
Construction of a new standard-gauge railway line (1435 mm) from Dakar to Tambacounda over 464 km, including two branch lines (Diourbel–Touba, Guinguinéo–Kaolack) and port connections to Bargny and Ndayane, totalling approximately 600 km. Intermediate phase: operation of the existing
metric-gauge line.
