Project description
The project includes several components, notably: regeneration of quay walls, roadways, and utilities of the Port of Dakar; rehabilitation of Mole 4, Quai 910 (hydrocarbon zone), and all VRD works at the Port of Dakar. It also includes the construction of two dry ports: Tambacounda (100 hectares) and Sandiara (100 hectares), the railway connection of Ndayane Port, and the highway connection of Ndayane Port to the A1 motorway.

Overall Objective:
- Improve the competitiveness of the national economy and promote internal and subregional trade.
Specific Objectives:
- Participate in the development of growth poles through improved connectivity with Senegal’s seaports.
- Establish storage facilities and logistics enabling efficient operations toward the interior of the country, Mali, and Burkina Faso.
- Strengthen the operational capacity, security, and mobility of the Port of Dakar.
