Project description

To ensure proper care and socio-economic reintegration of vulnerable children, the project provides for the construction of one national centre in Dakar and six regional centres. The project is designed to rationalise operations, prioritise investment, and support the implementation of the National
Development Strategy (NDS 2025–2029).

General Objective

Contribute to establishing an integrated protection system by strengthening mechanisms for the
care of vulnerable children

Specific Objectives

Build and equip one national centre and six regional centres
Develop educational and training programmes adapted to prepare reintegration
Facilitate the socio-economic reintegration of children from the centres
Establish a project management committee
