Project description

The project aims to improve urban mobility in the Dakar region through the construction of amulti-level interchange at the VDN–Motorway intersection (FOIRE–CICES). It includes the strengthening of the road network with the construction of 45 km of secondary roads, with three components: construction of the interchange, support for urban development, and project management and institutional support.
