Project description
This project aims to promote employment and access to the labour market for young people. It involves the construction of 23 centres designed to ensure the rapid socio-economic integration of young Senegalese graduates—both men and women—as productive pillars of their communities

General Objective
- Provide young people with high-quality technical and vocational education and training in promising
professional fields to foster job creation in the 23 targeted departments
Specific Objectives
- Build and equip 23 departmental Vocational Training Centres in four phases
- Train 30,000 young graduates per year across 25 specialised fields
Expected results
- The CFPs of Diourbel, Linguère, Missirah and Niakhar are built and equipped
- The CFPs of Kébémer, Louga, Kaffrine, Koumpentoum, Vélingara are built and equipped
- The CFPs of Foundiougne, Ogo, Ndioum, Bokidialoubé, Kaolack, Thionk Essyl, Oussouye and Kolda are built and equipped
- The CFPs of Guédiawaye, Rufisque, Keur Massar, Pikine, Dakar (Parcelles Assainies) are built and equipped
- 30,000 young graduates are trained per year across 25 specialised fields
