Project description

The country imports more than 270,000 tons of oil, of which 70% is palm olein. To reduce this dependence on imports in a context of global instability in food commodity prices, the program aims to implement an integrated palm oil production project based on palm plantations in the southern zone. It covers the entire value chain: creation of nurseries, cultivation, harvesting, processing, and production of high-quality refined palm oil.
