Project description

The Local Employment Initiative Centers Project (CIEL) aims to strengthen the socio-economic integration of populations in rural and urban areas through proximity mechanisms within local authorities, particularly at the departmental level. CIEL centers facilitate access to employment and self-entrepreneurship by leveraging local resources and potential.

Strengthen the territorial implementation of the national employment policy.

Develop and implement local policies, projects, and employment programs at the local level.
Establish a local labor market information system.
Monitor the active population and detect sectors nearing saturation.
