Project description

The mass deployment programme for dual vocational training aims to extend and institutionalise alternating training combining theoretical training in vocational centres and practical training in professional environments on a national scale. This initiative strengthens technical and professional skills to meet economic sector needs and enhance learner employability. Its main components are institutional strengthening, upgrading training institutions, mobilisation of companies, and enrolment and training of learners.

Train 350,000 young people through the dual training modality
