Project description
The program aims to establish the legal and institutional frameworks enabling actors involved in volunteering and civic engagement to contribute to national development priorities. It brings together public and private stakeholders to promote a shared approach and disseminate best practices. It also prepares volunteers to become professionals supporting Senegal’s socioeconomic transformation.

Overall Objective

Specific Objectives
- Strengthen the operational capacity of the DGSCNV.
- Mobilize 5,000 volunteers per year.
- Promote private-sector financing of civic engagement and volunteering through CSR.

- The operational capacity of DGSCNV is strengthened.
