The PNDL is a program comprising several anchored projects. It serves as a unifying and harmonizing framework for interventions related to local development. Its activities revolve around three components:

  • Promotion of territorial development,
  • Strengthening of territorial governance and competitiveness,
  • Program management and coordination.

  • Contribute to improving the viability, autonomy, and performance of local authorities.

Specific Objectives :

  • Promote territorial economic development.
  • Strengthen universal access to basic social services.
  • Develop financing mechanisms for territorial development.
  • Strengthen territorial knowledge and the capacities of territorial actors.
  • Improve the legislative and regulatory framework of decentralization, deconcentration, and territorial development policies.
