Project description
The National SOC and CERT-CSIRT Project aims to strengthen national cybersecurity, protect critical digital infrastructure, and improve incident detection and response capabilities. The initiative focuses on establishing a National Security Operations Center (SOC) for real-time monitoring of government systems, a National CERT-CSIRT to coordinate cybersecurity incident responses, and a national mechanism for monitoring digital threats and vulnerabilities.

Overall Objective:
- Strengthen national cybersecurity through modern surveillance, detection, and incident response systems.
Specific Objectives:
- Create a national SOC for the continuous monitoring of critical networks and systems.
- Establish a national CERT/CSIRT for cybersecurity incident management.
- Develop incident response plans for critical sectors (energy, health, finance, etc.).
Expected results
- An operational SOC capable of monitoring and analyzing threats in real time
- A functional CERT/CSIRT to coordinate the response to cybersecurity incidents
- A significant reduction in cyberattacks and incident response times
