Project description

The National SOC and CERT-CSIRT Project aims to strengthen national cybersecurity, protect critical digital infrastructure, and improve incident detection and response capabilities. The initiative focuses on establishing a National Security Operations Center (SOC) for real-time monitoring of government systems, a National CERT-CSIRT to coordinate cybersecurity incident responses, and a national mechanism for monitoring digital threats and vulnerabilities.

Overall Objective:

  • Strengthen national cybersecurity through modern surveillance, detection, and incident response systems.

Specific Objectives:

  • Create a national SOC for the continuous monitoring of critical networks and systems.
  • Establish a national CERT/CSIRT for cybersecurity incident management.
  • Develop incident response plans for critical sectors (energy, health, finance, etc.).

  • An operational SOC capable of monitoring and analyzing threats in real time
