Project description

The Senegal Digital Factory project aims to support the modernization of public administration through a national digital innovation center responsible for designing, developing, and deploying digital public services. The Factory serves as a hub for software development, co-creation with public institutions, rapid prototyping, user-centered design, and accelerating digital transformation of priority services. It operates with agile, multidisciplinary teams including developers, designers, project managers, data experts, and cybersecurity specialists.
