Project description

The project aims to modernise and secure the management of public finances in Senegal by aligning information systems and operational processes with the national digital transformation agenda for the benefit of citizens. More specifically, it consists of:

Deploying the SIGIF solutioN
Developing other accounting platforms covering key sectors (parapublic sector, public debt)
Deploying digital solutions to enhance revenue mobilisation (non-tax and local revenues) and
treasury management, as well as banking functions
Securing the information system and strengthening the infrastructure
