Project description

SEN-CSU contributes to the implementation of universal health insurance in Senegal, aiming to guarantee every person residing in the national territory—regardless of social status—protection against the financial risk associated with illness, thereby ensuring access to quality healthcare
services. Its missions include providing benefit services for health-risk protection schemes targeting informal economy workers, rural populations, indigent groups, vulnerable groups, and other categories assigned by regulation, as well as supporting the coordination of the social protection
system in the health sector.
