Project description

In its pursuit of food sovereignty, Senegal aims to reduce its dependence on food imports. Wheat imports amount to 860,000 tonnes in 2024, and 92% of these imports are intended for breadmaking. Given this situation, the project aims to contribute to reducing wheat imports through the incorporation of local cereals and tubers in breadmaking.

Make the incorporation of local cereals in breadmaking mandatory
